For 5 sandwiches:
- 1 med. carrot grated
- 1/2 cucumber grated
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1tbsp fresh cream [malai] optional
- 1tsp coriander chutney
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp app. salt
- white/brown bread
- After grating the cucumber lightly squeeze out the excess liquid.
- Mix all the ingrediends.
- Chill the mix for 20 min.
- Trim the bread slices from all sides.
- Spread the mix on the bread and your sandwich is ready!
Its good as a grilled sandwich too.
